Recognised as HCS’s signature piece (it has been performed by the Society every year but one since 1864), Handel’s Messiah is probably the most celebrated choral work - and for many, the start of Christmas proper.

Conducted by James Burton with four outstanding soloists and the Orchestra of Opera North, it’s sure to be another spectacular performance.
